RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

At Exalt Impressions, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to ensure that our products meet your expectations. However, due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, certain considerations apply to returns and exchanges.

Return and Exchange Eligibility

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a product that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

  • Incorrect Address: If the address provided was incorrect, and the shipment is returned to our facility, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment once we have confirmed the updated address with you.

  • Unclaimed Shipments: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility, and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer.

  • Buyer's Remorse and Size Exchanges: We do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizes ordered. To ensure the correct fit, please refer to our sizing charts available on each product page before placing an order.

Return Process

  • Contact Us: If you believe your item is eligible for a return or exchange, please reach out to us at hope@exaltimpressions.shop with your order number and a detailed description of the issue, including photographs if applicable.

  • Approval: Once we receive your request, we will evaluate it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or exchange.

  • Return Shipping: If approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product.

Refunds

  • Processing: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days, depending on your payment provider's policies.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom Products: Due to health and hygiene reasons, certain items such as face masks are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exceptions

  • Wrong Address: If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

  • Unclaimed Shipments: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility, and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer.
